Is FairCall free?
The app is free, and calls and messages between FairCall users are free. Calls to regular phone numbers use credit from your FairCall wallet at the per-minute price shown in the app.
How do I pay for credit?
Open Recharge, pick a pack from $5 up to $500, and pay by card or Mobile Money. Payments are processed securely by Pesapal.
Which countries can I call?
More than 230 countries. Search any of them in the rate checker above to see the price per minute and how many minutes each pack buys.
Do I need a new number or SIM?
No. You sign in with the mobile number you already use, and FairCall works over Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Is my information safe?
Calls travel over encrypted connections. Your phone contacts stay on your device. Read the Privacy Policy for the full details.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Menu, then Settings, then Delete Account. You can also request deletion from our website.
